We are seeking a proactive Accounting and Administrative Intern to support our daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a university student interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate accounting, administration, and office management within the energy sector.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with invoice review, expense reports, and data entry in accounting systems.
  • Support document control, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Help with travel expense verification and vendor invoice follow-up.
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Provide general clerical support to the management team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).
