Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to cover a maternity leave, ensuring continuity of recruitment and selection processes.
This is a temporary position under a fixed-term contract, in accordance with Mexican Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and selection for operational and administrative positions
- Posting and managing job vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms
- Conducting interviews and candidate evaluations
- Coordinating with hiring managers
- Supporting field recruitment and job fairs when required
- Tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and labor regulations
Work Schedule
· Monday to Friday
· 8-hour workday
· On - site positions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience recruiting operational roles is a plus
- Experience with ATS and remote interviewing tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset
Important Information
This position is temporary and intended to cover a maternity leave.
The estimated duration is approximately 4 months, subject to business needs.
