About the Position

We are seeking a Bilingual Attorney focused on legal research, compliance, document analysis, and argumentative writing, capable of integrating findings and evidence into well-founded strategies.

You will collaborate with legal and compliance teams to evaluate requirements, analyze documentation, develop responses, and prepare reports and arguments in both English and Spanish.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze legislation, case law, doctrine, and compliance frameworks.
  • Draft legal briefs, compliance reports, memoranda, and arguments.
  • Evaluate evidence and documentation to strengthen legal and compliance strategies.
  • Propose legal approaches aligned with current regulatory standards.
  • Review and validate compliance documentation and legal forms.
  • Prepare indexes, cover sheets, and executive summaries.
  • Support the structuring of legal and compliance strategies based on research and precedents.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, compliance officers, and support teams to ensure document quality.
  • Follow up on resolutions or compliance requirements from authorities.

Ideal Profile

  • Law degree (Attorney/Qualified Lawyer).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (C1/C2).
  • With or without experience in litigation, legal research, or compliance — willing to learn and grow.
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex legal and regulatory information.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and professional ethics.
  • Plus: Experience leading legal teams or managing research, compliance, or litigation projects.

Desirable Knowledge

  • Drafting legal briefs, compliance reports, or responses to authorities.
  • Familiarity with national legal sources, compliance frameworks, and databases.
  • Experience using document management tools or legal CRMs (e.g., Dropbox).
