  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de abastecimiento para General Services a nivel Americas.
  • Liderar procesos de sourcing, selección de proveedores y negociaciones estratégicas.
  • Administrar KPIs, SLAs, evaluaciones, desempeño y planes de mejora con proveedores.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de digitalización, eficiencia energética, automatización y sostenibilidad.
  • Analizar mercados, costos, riesgos y oportunidades para maximizar valor.
  • Asegurar la continuidad de servicios críticos en plantas, oficinas y almacenes.
  • Colaborar con Operaciones, EHS, HR, Finanzas y Facility Management para garantizar alineación estratégica.

What makes you great

  • Licenciatura en Negocios, Supply Chain, Ingeniería, Facilities Management o similar; MBA deseable.
  • 7+ años de experiencia en compras indirectas o category management en entorno multinacional.
  • Dominio comprobado de categorías como FM, seguridad, limpieza, viajes, staffing o servicios administrativos.
  • Fortaleza analítica, visión estratégica y experiencia negociando contratos multi-sitio.
  • Capacidad para influir a stakeholders senior y gestionar proveedores de manera integral.
  • Conocimiento de SAP Ariba, Coupa, SAP MM y plataformas CAFM/FM.
  • Orientación total a seguridad, cumplimiento y prácticas ESG.
