PROJECT OFFICER:
Purpose of the position: Coordinate of projects throughout IMI Mx. This role involves leading cross-functional experts to deliver customer-focused products and services while supporting the development and implementation of project, pricing, and program strategies to continuously provide value to the business and its customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of the electronic automotive industry and Core Tools.
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Manages BOM and Item Code Creation, Routing set-up, Bill of Documents, WI for Incoming Inspection
- Leads and coordinates sample production
- Prepares FDPR and audit checklists
- Help PM to Track project budget costs (NRE and CAPEX)
- Liaises with customers, suppliers and other parties regarding technical and technological concerns
- Takes part in the preparation of technical specifications and working instructions
- Handles the documentation of the projects he/she is responsible for, including OPLs and General Project Information
- Ensures availability of equipment and other necessities of the project
- Supports QRQC and Lean Manufacturing
- Tracks Part Change Notification (PCNs)
