Account Manager – Tijuana, Mexico
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager based in Tijuana, Mexico to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 22 years of age or older
- At least 5 years of customer service experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Personal vehicle required
- Valid visa with the ability to travel to San Diego, California
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and internal management software
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate assignments and ensure accurate order processing
- Track requests and follow through to ensure timely resolution of client needs
- Maintain detailed records and documentation within internal systems
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of service
