Junior Accountant
who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.
  • Issue and manage electronic invoices (CFDI)
    in accordance with Mexican tax requirements.
  • Record and maintain accounting entries, files, and financial documentation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support accounts payable / accounts receivable processes.
  • Manage data entry and reporting within
    Contpaqi
    accounting software.
  • Assist with documentation related to
    imports and customs processes
    (preferred, not required).
  • Prepare administrative and financial reports for management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations and Management teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
    (general accounting or accounts assistant roles accepted).
  • Practical experience with
    CFDI electronic invoicing
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Contpaq
    (required).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Professional-level English
    preferred (written and verbal).
  • Experience with customs / import documentation is a
    plus
    , but not mandatory.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
