Job Description

About the Position

This role develops and executes supply plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory, production capacity and costs across manufacturing and distribution networks. Translate demand forecasts into feasible production schedules and inventory targets, identify and resolve supply constraints, and support S&OP/IBP processes.

In brief, you will be responsible for: 

  • Convert demand forecasts into master production schedules and replenishment plans for plants and DCs.
  • Balance supply and demand considering capacity, lead times, raw materials, packaging and inventory policies.
  • Monitor supply plan performance and drive corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
  • Run scenario modelling to assess impacts of demand shifts, promotions, supply disruptions and new product introductions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics and finance to align priorities and actions.
  • Support S&OP/IBP meetings with data, insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems (SAP, OMP or similar) and strong Excel skills years of supply planning/operations experience in consumer packaged goods, manufacturing or distribution.  
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
