We specialize in physical product brands currently operating 8 brands in the following markets: dietary supplements, tea, natural skincare, cosmetics, bulk health foods, spices, and sweeteners.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Strong background in research or someone who loves to research

Excellent English oral and written skills

FDA Compliance experience a big plus (USA, Australia, UK, etc)

Analytical skills

Time Management skills

Can self-manage

Highly organized and keen to details

Bachelors Degree

Good technical skills

Meets deadlines and displays well-developed time and resource management skills

How you will create Value:

Drafts legal documents

Manage all compliance/FDA/OTC projects (including international expansion)

Advise management on the companys compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports

Lead research projects

Research general laws of each country (business law, taxes, and compliance regulations)

Manage company documents, legal forms, etc.

Make sure different departments can submit necessary company documents for filing (setting up stores, Amazon, etc.)

Call businesses/organizations to ask for requirements, clarifications, follow-ups, etc

Heads signing of contracts and other documentation in connection with legal & administrative issues

Handle trademarks and insurance application & management

Manage Legal Documents, Prepare forms, etc

Liaises with Accounting Department, HR department, Supply Chain & Warehouse, and CEO in relation to various corporate matters

Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondences

Filing and safekeeping of important documents

Provide weekly updates/reports on projects handled

Other tasks may be assigned from time to time

Starting Salary Range: $700-$1000/month
