Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge: Develop and manage the departmental business plan, ensuring alignment with company goals and achievement of quality objectives.
  • Empower your team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive quality excellence: Implement and maintain quality standards, ensuring they meet customer expectations and exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Be the voice of quality: Represent the company with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters, building strong relationships.
  • Champion CI: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing proven tools and methods to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Manage with precision: Oversee departmental resources efficiently, ensuring optimal cost control and budget adherence.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in staff development and performance management.
  • Contribute to safety compliance and accident prevention initiatives.
  • Recommend new procedures and sequences to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Travel as required to fulfill responsibilities.
