Direct E-commerce work focuses on:


• Build & coordinate a light events plan, focusing on key product launches

• Building & negotiation of an e-retailer brand loyalty program supported by e-retailer, content creation, monitoring of program performance with e-retailer

• Definition of the country's omnichannel strategy 

• Management of the e-commerce site in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Finance: 

• Structuring and updating of the online product mix, of the presentation of content (visibility, search optimization, localization) 

• Management of events campaigns, promotional offers

• Analysis of performance and of ON SITE e-Commerce conversion

• Tracking of traffic acquisition performance and KPIs.

A Senior Manager typically manages a department or small unit that includes multiple teams led by Managers and/or Team Leaders.
Responsibilities typically include:

• Ownership of short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the Department.

• Problems faced are often complex and require extensive investigation and analysis.

• Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
