PT Calibration Commodity Supervisor

PT Calibration Commodity Supervisor (VPSE)
- B.S. (M.S. preferred) in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or other B.S. in Engineering with adequate PT experience
- 7+ years experience of P/T Calibration including program delivery through launch and quality feedback
- Experience with calibration development tools
- Understanding of both the vehicle and dyno calibration processes
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to manage multiple issues on multiple programs effectively and efficiently
- Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Effective coaching and mentoring skills
Willingness to Travel
Lead powertrain calibration section to develop, signoff, and release engine calibrations for Gas and Hybrid Powerpack applications
- Establish timing and delivery of calibration activities in support of programs
- Manage all Powertrain calibration deliverables and attributes
- Work with engine, transmission, vehicle engineering, VEME, climate control, and EESE to deliver attributes
- Lead calibration section during program drives, including development, signoff, and PVP
- Lead Quality activities and road map consolidation for Powerpack applications
- Establish resource requirements including personnel, travel, and vehicles
- Lead launch issue resolution of VoCF, durability and plant incidents and lead report out at new model launch meetings
- Report program status in health chart and support VPSE Integration updates and report out at meetings
- Lead pulse improvement initiatives for Section to remove workplace obstacles and improve team morale
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching of section personnel and participate in GSR related workgroup discussions
