En VML, estamos buscando Business Intelligence

¿Qué harás?

  • Colaborar con los equipos de TI y Marketing para garantizar la recopilación precisa y oportuna de datos de diversas fuentes (por ejemplo, CRM, análisis web, redes sociales, etc.).
  • Desarrollar y mantener estándares y procesos de calidad de datos para garantizar la integridad y confiabilidad de los datos.
  • Ayudar en el diseño e implementación de soluciones de almacenamiento de datos para datos de marketing.
  • Analizar datos de CRM para identificar tendencias, patrones e información que puedan informar la estrategia.
  • Desarrollar y mantener Dashboards e informes utilizando herramientas de visualización de datos (por ejemplo, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik View) para rastrear los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) y proporcionar actualizaciones de rendimiento a las partes interesadas.
  • Traducir hallazgos de datos complejos en información y recomendaciones claras y concisas.
  • Comunicarse eficazmente con audiencias tanto técnicas como no técnicas en proyectos interfuncionales.

¿Qué necesitas?

  • Lic. Marketing, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
  • Excel, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik View
  • Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y análisis de datos.
  • Inglés avanzado
