Are you up for the challenge?
We are looking for an HRBP – Operations to help us deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Aeroméxico Cargo leadership to design and implement initiatives related to people strategy, talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning, supporting business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and engagement across the organization.
This role is ideal for an analytical, fast-learning, and agile professional who knows how to drive exceptional employee experiences and align HR strategy with business goals.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Operations HR Generalist, with knowledge of people processes or the development of HR strategies in operations.
- Proven track record in executing high-impact operational or corporate HR projects.
- Experience in international or global companies is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High integrity and strong work ethic; able to handle confidential information with discretion.
