About The Role
As a Learning & Assessment Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in supporting annual revenue and profitability targets by developing both new and existing business within your territory. You'll advise potential customers on Cambridge English learning solutions through direct visits and strategic outreach, working closely with channel partners such as distributors, agents, and exam centres to achieve business growth and ensure seamless delivery.

Your role involves providing ongoing support to existing customers, maximising revenue across our full product range, and building a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities. You'll maintain accurate records of planning and visits in Salesforce, ensuring effective monitoring and customer support. By assisting with local marketing events and campaigns, you'll help strengthen the recognition of Cambridge certificates and gather valuable market knowledge and competitor intelligence to inform business strategy.

Upholding Cambridge University Press & Assessment's values and ethics is central to this role, as you foster ethical behaviours and compliance in all aspects of your work.

About You
We're looking for someone who:

• Is educated to degree or high school diploma level (or equivalent experience)
• Has experience in sales/business development within the educational sector
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possesses strong IT skills (Microsoft suite, CRM systems preferred)
• Is highly organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Shows consultative selling skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Has a full, clean, local driving licence
