About the Role

As a
Frontend Lead
, you'll take the helm of frontend engineering — guiding teams to build
scalable, high-performing, and visually stunning user interfaces
. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend, and Architecture) to deliver seamless, consistent, and accessible digital experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction for frontend teams.
  • Define and execute the
    frontend modernization roadmap
    aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Lead the development of
    responsive, accessible, and multilingual UIs
    across web, mobile, and kiosk channels.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Backend, and DevOps Leads for cohesive system integration.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and drive performance optimization.
  • Evaluate and implement modern frameworks, UI libraries, and best practices.
  • Enforce
    UI/UX consistency
    and maintain design standards across products.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in frontend leadership.
  • Deep hands-on experience with
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    and

    .
  • Expertise with
    state management
    (Redux, MobX, or similar).
  • Strong grasp of
    OOP, SOLID principles
    , and clean architecture.
  • Knowledge of
    responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), i18n/l10n
    .
  • Experience integrating frontend apps with APIs, microservices, and CMS/MDM systems.
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks (
    Jest, Cypress, Mocha
    ).
  • Understanding of
    cloud deployment
    and
    CI/CD pipelines

  • Excellent communication in
    Spanish & English
