The Sales Incentive Analyst is a responsible and detailed oriented individual tasked with supporting and auditing the sales incentive process. This position will be responsible for validating that individuals are tied to the correct Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), creating and distributing reports, modeling plan options, and creating plan calculators. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide payout administration support and ensure timely and accurate execution of the sales incentive plans.
  • Provide recurring ad hoc analysis and reporting for stakeholders and internal team.
  • Investigate and resolve sales incentive issues timely while being customer focused.
  • Provide guidance and training to sales organization to assist with their understanding of the sales incentive plans, sales policies, reports, statements, and calculations.
  • Assist in the implementation of Xactly payment system and Anaplan Territory System.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements by identifying trends and proposing business solutions.
  • Document and track issues to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation, writing, organization, and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver, and ability to adapt rapidly.
  • Comfortable with partnering and collaborating with cross functional teams and with all levels of the organization.
  • Capable of managing high pressure, short timeliness and willingness to be flexible.
  • Positive attitude

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Microsoft Office programs\: Access, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excel (Strong)
  • Preferred\: Xactly, Anaplan, Alteryx, Tableau, and Visio
