Perfil que buscamos
- Experiencia en Joyería y Alta Relojería
- Experiencia comprobable en dirección de equipos de ventas en retail premium o de lujo.
- Pasión por ofrecer experiencias exclusivas y orientación al cliente VIP.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión comercial y desarrollo de talento.
- Capacidad para alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas en entornos altamente competitivos.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios o afín (deseable).
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia
en posiciones de liderazgo en
retail de lujo
. - Experiencia comprobable en la gestión de equipos de ventas (10+ personas).
- Inglés avanzado
indispensable (deseable tercer idioma). - Alta orientación a resultados y manejo de indicadores de desempeño.
- Disponibilidad para residir o viajar dentro de la zona asignada.
Experiencia:
- Ventas Retail de Lujo:
Moda, joyería, relojería, lifestyle o premium brands. - Gestión Comercial:
Planeación de objetivos, forecast, estrategias para impulsar ventas y rentabilidad. - Clienteling / Atención a clientes VIP:
Construcción de relaciones a largo plazo y fidelización. - Liderazgo de equipos:
Desarrollo, capacitación y motivación de asesores de venta. - Operación de tienda:
Inventarios, visual merchandising, estándares de marca. - Experiencia omnicanal:
Integración de ventas presenciales y digitales para clientes exclusivos
