Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation and Submission electronic value documents
  • Support for correctly determining import regimes
  • Support for review of proformas of pedimentos
  • Review of freight charges, insurance on pedimento (incrementals, decrementables) vs incoterm
  • Support for performing special ops (R1s, A3s)
  • Reconciliation vs monthly datastage to determine which documents are missing
  • Support for obtaining technical information for tariff classification from the plant (mainly engineering)
  • Support for obtaining documentation for virtual pedimentos daily to verify physical transfer (warehouse receipts)
  • Elaborates daily, weekly, and monthly and reports
  • And other duties as assigned by their direct supervisor

Basic Qualifications

    • 1 year of working experience with import & exports activities
  • Expertise with Mexican Customs Laws and updates on changes
