El rol

Buscamos un/a
AI Engineer
que nos ayude a llevar la inteligencia artificial
de la experimentación a la realidad
, con foco en impacto tangible, calidad técnica y escalabilidad.

Este rol no es de investigación académica ni de modelos desde cero. Es un rol
ingenieril
, orientado a:

  • construir capacidades de AI reutilizables
  • integrar modelos en productos y flujos reales
  • habilitar a otros equipos a moverse más rápido con AI

Trabajarás de forma transversal con equipos de producto, plataforma, datos y backend.

Qué harás:

  • Diseñar, construir y operar
    features y servicios basados en AI
    (LLMs, embeddings, clasificación, recomendaciones, etc.).
  • Integrar modelos de AI en
    productos reales
    (mobile, web, call center, operaciones).
  • Construir
    pipelines de inferencia
    , evaluación y monitoreo de modelos.
  • Trabajar con
    APIs de modelos fundacionales
    (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) de forma segura, eficiente y escalable.
  • Definir patrones de uso de AI: prompts, guardrails, fallback, versionado.
  • Colaborar en la definición de
    arquitecturas de AI
    alineadas a nuestros dominios core (reservas, identidad, membresías, pricing, etc.).
  • Habilitar experimentación rápida sin comprometer confiabilidad.
  • Participar en decisiones arquitectónicas (ADRs) y en la evolución de nuestra plataforma.

Must-Haves:

Fundamentos Técnicos

  • Experiencia sólida como
    Software Engineer
    (backend o platform).
  • Dominio de al menos un lenguaje backend moderno (preferentemente
    TypeScript /
    , Python también es válido).
  • Experiencia diseñando
    APIs
    y servicios productivos.
  • Buen entendimiento de sistemas distribuidos, escalabilidad y trade-offs técnicos.

AI Aplicada

  • Experiencia práctica integrando
    modelos de AI en producción
    .
  • Conocimiento de: LLMs y su uso vía API, embeddings, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCPs
  • Experiencia con
    prompt engineering estructurado
    (no improvisado).
  • Capacidad de evaluar resultados de modelos más allá de "funciona/no funciona".

Mentalidad

  • Orientación fuerte a
    impacto de negocio
    , no solo a tecnología.
  • Capacidad de moverse entre experimentación y producción.
  • Curiosidad genuina y pensamiento crítico.
  • Uso natural de herramientas de AI en el día a día (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.).

Nice to Have

  • Conocimiento de
    evaluación de modelos
    (offline y online).
  • Experiencia con
    MLOps / LLMOps
    : versionado, observabilidad, monitoring de drift o calidad
  • Familiaridad con
    Kafka / event-driven architectures

  • Experiencia desplegando workloads de AI en
    AWS
    .
  • Haber trabajado en productos con
    alto volumen de usuarios
    o datos.
  • Experiencia en industrias orientadas a servicios, e-commerce o plataformas.
