El Head of Strategic Alliances & Digital Growth liderará la identificación, desarrollo y ejecución de alianzas estratégicas clave y proyectos de crecimiento digital que impulsen la expansión comercial en México y la región LATAM. Será responsable de posicionar a la compañía como socio preferente de clientes y partners tecnológicos, definir estrategias de crecimiento, y coordinar iniciativas transversales entre equipos de negocio, tecnología y marketing.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de alianzas comerciales con socios tecnológicos, consultoras, integradores y canales que generen crecimiento sostenible.
  • Definir y gestionar acuerdos estratégicos (MOU, contratos marco) alineados a objetivos de negocio.
  • Liderar iniciativas de transformación digital interna y de clientes (adopción de plataformas, soluciones híbridas y escalables).
  • Coordinar esfuerzos con marketing, producto y ventas para asegurar el éxito de lanzamientos, campañas y eventos conjunto con alianzas.
  • Desarrollar métricas de rendimiento (KPIs) que permitan medir impacto de partnerships y optimizar inversiones.
  • Representar a la compañía en foros de la industria, conferencias y encuentros corporativos.
  • Apoyar al CEO / VP en presentaciones ejecutivas con clientes, inversionistas o boards.
  • Crear y mantener un pipeline de oportunidades estratégicas de negocio.

Requisitos

Requisitos

Licenciatura en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería, Negocios Internacionales o afín (Maestría o MBA deseable).

+10 años de experiencia en roles de alianzas, desarrollo de negocio, consultoría estratégica o transformación digital.

Experiencia demostrada negociando acuerdos complejos y con resultados de negocio.

Visión de negocio global con enfoque hacia tecnología y servicios profesionales.

Inglés fluido (obligatorio)

Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y liderazgo influencial.

Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multiculturales y estructuras matriciales.

Rango salarial objetivo: $150,000 – $200,000 MXN mensuales
