Customs Brokerage Analyst

Job summary:

We are seeking a Customs Brokerage Analyst to join our growing team. This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to begin a career in the logistics and international trade industry.

You'll receive full training on U.S. customs brokerage processes and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and timely completion of all customs clearance requirements within the import process.

Key responsibilities:

· Prepare documentation for customs clearance

· Build and maintain suppliers part catalog.

· Track declaration shipments to ensure on-time submission of customs clearance documents.

· Review and prepare documentation for duty drawback claims.

· Support the customs brokerage team during client onboarding processes.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Commerce, or related field.

· Advanced English (written and spoken).

· Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

· Basic knowledge of logistics, shipping documentation and customs brokerage is a plus.
