Role purpose

You will be part of an interdisciplinary, international development team building scalable digital products for end customers, supply partners, and internal operations across 77 countries. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role translating business and customer needs into robust, scalable, and high-performing applications, influencing both technical decisions and best practices.

Key activities & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and front-end applications, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
  • Build and consume APIs and RESTful services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Develop and optimize microservices-based architectures using CI/CD practices.
  • Continuously improve existing applications by enhancing performance, reducing response times, and modernizing the tech stack.
  • Integrate third-party platforms and services, ensuring proper alignment with integration, maintenance, and enhancement standards.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across front-end and back-end.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to improve system consistency and code quality.
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility.
  • Write and execute unit and integration tests, maintaining high engineering standards.

Required competenciesTechnical & functional

  • Strong understanding of MACH architecture.
  • Solid experience with Clean Architecture, RESTful design patterns, and enterprise-grade development.
  • Expertise in:
  • JavaScript (ES6+) – TypeScript is a plus
  • React / ReactJS and
  • GraphQL
  • Python and/or Java
  • PostgreSQL, Elastic
  • Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), AWS
  • Kafka
  • DevOps practices and Headless architectures
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Background in enterprise-level software development and e-commerce environments.

Soft skills

  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.

Required experience

  • 6+ years developing user-friendly, scalable applications across multiple devices.
  • 3+ years working in Agile teams at scale.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technologies or related field.

  • Clean, maintainable code.
  • Code quality and documentation standards.

Contract & working conditions

  • Contract type: Contractor / honorarios (project-based, with strong possibility of renewal or extension).
  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Workload: Full-time (48 hours/week).
  • Compensation:

$45,000 MXN net per month (contractor)

This role is ideal for Senior developers seeking stability in a long-term project while maintaining contractor flexibility.
