Zurich Capability Center is currently hiring a:

 SharePoint Developer

We are looking for Senior SharePoint Developers to design, develop, and implement advanced SharePoint solutions that support business needs and drive digital transformation. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint development, architecture, and integration with related technologies. The candidate should be a technical leader capable of mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and deploy advanced SharePoint solutions (Online and On-Premises).
  • Develop and customize workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements, governance, and security best practices.
  • Lead technical discussions and decision-making on architecture and solution design.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint development/administration (Online/On-Premises).
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, .NET, JavaScript.
  • Strong background in solution architecture, security, governance, and compliance.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
