As our next Warehouse & Production Control Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that materials, products, and resources are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the lowest possible cost. You will guarantee continuity of production processes, operational efficiency, and compliance with legal requirements and ISO/IATF standards.

What You'll Be Doing:


• Design and implement inventory strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Monitor inventory performance and optimize warehouse capacity

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements for efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery

• Maintain accuracy and visibility of all inventory types (raw materials, prototypes, packaging)

• Implement and track KPIs using SMART methodology; generate actionable reports for management

• Conduct inventory control measures including cycle counts and audits

• Manage and mentor a team of over 90 people in materials handling and warehousing

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and maximize resources

• Lead demand planning, procurement, and operations teams to align inventory with supply plans

• Address production issues using tools like 8D, PDCA, and FMEA to eliminate root causes

• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, Poka Yoke, 5S, waste analysis, process mapping)

• Oversee logistics processes, WMS, FIFO/LIFO, and space optimization

• Promote automation through AGVs, conveyors, electronic Kanban, and dynamic racks

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO, OSHA, and environmental regulations

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field

• Experience in automotive industry supply chain preferred

• Advanced skills in data analysis (Excel, Power Query, Power BI)

• Strong leadership and conflict management abilities

• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle)


• Customer portals manage (Ford, Stellantis, GM)


• Fluent in English


• Lean Manufacturing principles

Bonus Points If You Have:


• Expertise in warehouse automation and inventory optimization

• Familiarity with KPIs and strategic planning tools
