Apoyarás los procesos de manufactura y la calidad del producto aprendiendo los estándares y procedimientos de Goodyear, participando en la solución de problemas, en la mejora de procesos y en tareas técnicas junto con personal experimentado.
Lo Que Harás- Aprender y aplicar estándares, procedimientos y herramientas de calidad.
- Monitorear indicadores del proceso y reportar resultados.
- Participar en actividades de mejora continua (Plant Optimization).
- Apoyar análisis de causa raíz, acciones correctivas y auditorías internas.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios y cumplir tareas en tiempo y forma.
- Licenciatura en Ciencia, Tecnología o Ingeniería.
- Certificación en herramientas de calidad ISO.
- Habilidad para aprender procesos técnicos, analizar datos y resolver problemas.
- 0+ años de experiencia; ideal para recién egresados.
- Experiencia o certificaciones en sistemas de calidad, herramientas de solución de problemas o gestión de proyectos.
- Conocimiento en metodologías de mejora continua.
