Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive based in Playa del Carmen, ROO. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, implementing e-commerce strategies, analyzing sales data to optimize performance, and maintaining product listings. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing accounts with partner platforms, and contributing to campaigns that enhance the resort's online presence and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing sales data, interpreting metrics, and creating actionable insights
  • Expertise in Account Management and Sales to maintain and grow relationships with online platforms
  • Skill in Sales Management and Team Management to lead and enhance e-commerce team productivity
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage diverse tasks effectively
  • Experience in hospitality or e-commerce industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
