This is a full time, on site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco

We are a 4-person CPA firm franchisee of Tom Wheelwright's Tax-Free Wealth Advisors network, specializing in strategic tax planning and wealth-building strategies for entrepreneurs, investors, and high-net-worth individuals. We provide proactive, tailored strategies that align with our clients' business and wealth goals.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-Intermediate-advanced english (B2 with or without official certification)

-1+ years of experience in accounting, tax preparation, or a similar role.

-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). We are willing to train

-Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data.

-Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

-Experience with tax software and willingness to perform tax research.

-Experience in public accounting or tax preparation. We are willing to train.

-Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

-Knowledge of tax laws and regulations for individuals and businesses. We are willing to train.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare basic U.S. tax returns, including:

Individual

Corporate

Partnership

-Conduct basic tax research and analysis as needed.

-Develop tax projections for individuals.

-Provide Loom video summaries to clients, explaining their tax returns and tax projections. -Assist team with preparation of quarterly tax projection & strategy meetings.

-Manage email communication with clients and follow up to obtain necessary documents.

Schedule

Monday to Friday

8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Salary and Benefits

$25,600 - $29,300 monthly gross (determined according to experience)
