Requerimientos clave
  • +10 años de experiencia en ventas industriales, preferentemente en maquinaria, automatización o soluciones técnicas.

  • Experiencia desarrollando y lanzando nuevas líneas de negocio o mercados industriales a nivel nacional.

  • Habilidad estratégica y liderazgo comercial, con enfoque en crecimiento, rentabilidad y posicionamiento.

  • Sólida capacidad de negociación y desarrollo de cuentas clave (clientes industriales complejos).

  • Deseable haber trabajado en entornos corporativos o multinacionales.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.

  • Inglés avanzado (obligatorio) y alemán como plus.

  • Formación en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Industrial o afín).

Responsabilidades principales
  • Diseñar e implementar la estrategia comercial nacional para una nueva línea de negocio industrial.

  • Desarrollar nuevos clientes y mercados en distintos sectores.

  • Gestionar cuentas clave y negociaciones estratégicas.

  • Colaborar con áreas técnicas y de ingeniería para ofrecer soluciones integrales.

  • Construir y liderar un equipo de ventas nacional a mediano plazo.
