Supervisión de Alta/baja, modificación y seguimiento para usuarios de Terminal Financiero, Tracking, SAE, Token, Digitalización de Firmas para usuarios de Banca Privada. Validación y seguimiento de incidencias
Supervisión de Alta/baja, modificación y seguimiento para usuarios de Service Center en atención a la Banca Privada. Validación y seguimiento de incidencias reportadas
Coordinación, administración y control de los Estados de cuenta de Retención y Envío, así como de Fideicomisos con instrucción de retención, elaborando mensualmente un archivo con las cifras control y quejas reportadas además de registrar el total de devoluciones y mandar a triturar para dar un servicio de calidad en la entrega de los documentos a los clientes de Banca Privada, Air, Empresas, Ventas Tesorería y Custodia
Coordinar, controlar y registrar las cancelaciones de chequeras abiertas no documentadas solicitando a control de cuentas apoyo para eliminar contratos inservibles en sistema SAE,
Mantener actualizados mensualmente los archivos de control de usuarios en cuanto a altas y bajas de las Bancas a fin de cumplir con temas normativos y mantener el buen servicio de atención a usuarios de Banca Privada
Supervisión de la impresión y administración de Constancias Fiscales oficiales, trámite y control de modificaciones en porcentajes fiscales, datos generales del cliente, etc revisando diariamente los folios levantados en el aplicativo Service Center a fin de entregar un documento oficial correcto al cliente
