Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fraud Monitoring Analyst to support fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, and risk mitigation activities. This role plays a critical part in protecting customers and the business by identifying suspicious activity, making timely decisions, and continuously improving fraud controls within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, analyze, and investigate potentially fraudulent transactions, accounts, and activities.
  • Monitor alerts related to fraud, AML, and risk operations using internal tools and third-party systems.
  • Make accurate, data-driven decisions while balancing fraud prevention and customer experience.
  • Document investigations clearly and escalate cases as needed based on risk thresholds.
  • Identify fraud trends, patterns, and emerging risks; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Compliance, Product, and Support).
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements.
  • Support continuous process improvements to enhance fraud detection and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • English proficiency: B2 level (written and verbal).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in fraud prevention, AML, risk operations, or transaction monitoring

    (experience in fintech, payments, or banking strongly preferred).
  • Education:Degree in Business, Finance, Criminology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working with fraud detection tools, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Flexibility to work shifts if required, depending on fraud coverage hours.
