DESCRIPTION

  • Perform the evaluation of supplier's parts within the different commodities.
  • Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according the standards through of inspections, audits, etc.
  • Create entries for non-conforming material inside the system and validate quality incidents from other plants that could affect.
  • Gather data through of statistical measurements for failures, defects, quality issues, etc.
  • Implement robust containment actions when flaw or defect parts are identified.
  • Create orders for sorting and/or reworks with approved work instructions.
  • Execute actions for problem solving through of different tools and deploy effective corrective actions.
  • Perform all activities aligned with the tickets scope and KPI's targets.
  • Participate actively in regular meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering and/or related
  • 1 to 3 years of experience inside the Automotive Industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, manufacturing (exterior, interior, electronics and/or powertrain) and/or similar positions
  • Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001)
  • Good knowledge of Non-conforming processes and material management
  • Good knowledge of quality processes, quality tools and GD&T (is a plus)
  • Certified Quality auditor under ISO desirable)
  • Handling of KPIs and reporting
  • Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • SAP (desirable)
  • Fluent English (Conversational level)
  • Available to rotate shifts
  • 2 year contract
