Principales funciones del puesto
  • Verificar fondos de caja
  • Verificar que la papelería necesaria para empezar turno este completa
  • Verificar y dar seguimiento a pendientes
  • Pre asignar llegadas individuales y actualizar búsqueda en Delphos.
  • Coordinar con ama de llaves la pre asignación de huéspedes VIP´s (nombre y # de habitación.)
  • Coordinar con ama de llaves las habitaciones de grupos.
  • Verificar tarjetas de crédito y garantías con cierres cercanos al 100%, de no pasar dar seguimiento.
  • Realizar arqueo de pit diario y revisión de saldos de huésped.
  • Verificar bitácora de facturación electrónica y procesar facturas con errores.
  • Elaborar sobre de concentración de efectivo y registrarlo en bitácora.
  • Apego a políticas, manuales de operación, procedimientos y estándares de Posadas
