Requirements

  • Advanced English
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • 2-3 years of experience presenting and training
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, management skills, and attitude
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong people skills; natural customer service orientation and disposition
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Wo
