COMMUNITY TEAM LEAD (GAMES)
Please note this is an on-site position at our studio in Mexico City, Mexico.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Community Management Leadership
: Ensure finding, onboarding, scheduling, and training of Community Managers for assigned projects. Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports for customers - Program Leadership:
Oversee client relationships, ensuring all delivery responsibilities are met for assigned projects. - Workload Distribution:
Manage the distribution of workload across assigned projects. - Business Reviews and Reporting:
Coordinate the creation of business reviews and data reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. - KPI Management:
Manage project KPIs to ensure alignment with corporate goals and client expectations. - Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with other functional heads, understand working capital cycles, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. - Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans, timelines, capacity plans, and specifications. Track the execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan. - Quality and Timeliness:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely services to clients. - Escalation Management:
Lead and approve the resolution of escalations to maintain client satisfaction. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements for the project to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Procurement Proposals:
Make recommendations for procurement with thorough cost-benefit analysis. - Additional Tasks:
Perform other tasks crucial for project success as directed by the director, ensuring timely performance of duties defined for other positions. - Client Relations and Production Management:
Focus on managing excellent client relations and overseeing production.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL HAVE:
- At least 3-year experience in Community Management, Social Media Monitoring, or Community Moderation;
- At least 1-year of experience in managing a team;
- Degree in communication, management, or technology;
Very good knowledge of the video game market; - Community building and maintenance methodologies knowledge;
- Good command of project tracking and support tools;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluency in English (minimum B2);
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
