YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Your opportunity to join a dynamic team where everyday feels like a holiday awaits We are currently seeking an IT Technical Support Associate who is detail-oriented and has a strong customer service orientation to serve as the primary point of contact for POS support for all retail locations and desktop support for all corporate staff.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Accountable for the configuration, implementation, maintenance and support for all IT hardware and software used by Vilebrequin Mexico and Vilebrequin USA (backup). This primarily consists of:

· Serving as the primary point of contact for desktop support for all corporate staff.

· Serving as the primary point of contact for POS support for all retail locations.

·
Liaison for 3rd party provider servicing after-hours and weekend POS support for all retail locations.

· Troubleshoot printer and fax issues for for corporate offices and all retail locations.

· Serve as a resource for all other departments within the organization for all IT related questions and inquiries.

B. Accountable for the preparation, configuration and staging of the POS system for all new stores. This primarily consists of:

· Procurement of new IT hardware and software as required.

· Ordering and managing the installation of data and voice circuits.

· Ordering and managing the installation of video surveillance systems, when required

· Configuring and testing the complete store POS system prior to installation.

· Staging and shipping all equipment to the store location.

· Traveling to the site and installing all equipment.

· Troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise on opening day

· Provide additional help to the retail team to ensure that the deadline for opening is met.

· Setup of email

C. Accountable for maintaining an accurate inventory of IT equipment.

D. Manage relationships with outside vendors for all IT systems, phone and data service and video surveillance for the corporate office and all shops.

E. Ensure compliance with all security policies as dictated by headquarters.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· 1-2 years experience in a similar function

· Knowledge hardware maintenance and installation, networking and operating systems (Windows 11)

· Good skills in Active Directory

· Crucial soft skills: be customer-oriented, communicative, organized, and have a good team spirit

· English spoken mandatory

LOCATION

Ciudad de México. Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc

SALARY

MXN 20,000 to 25,000 per month depending on qualifications
