What you will do:

• As a Marketing Intern, you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day execution and strategy of our local marketing efforts, including:
• Creative Asset Management:
• Partner with internal designers, external agencies, and the core marketing team to create and localize assets and creatives specific to the country's market
• Serve as the central point for creative and design requests, aligning needs from every marketing channel (digital, organic, paid) to effectively create and submit design requisitions
• Organic Channel Ownership:
• Manage the organic marketing channels from end-to-end: ideation, asset creation, execution, and performance analysis
• Stay ahead of current trends and utilize your capability to craft engaging, entertaining content that will drive customer action and generate sales
• Performance & Reporting:
• Conduct analysis and reporting of key marketing metrics, ensuring insights and recommendations are closely aligned with the overall country strategy
• Global & Influencer Alignment:
• Liaise with global marketing teams to ensure our local influencer marketing execution is tightly aligned with our broader product marketing goals and global standards

What do we need:

• Go-getters of any background with strong achievements who wants to run influencer marketing campaigns, hands on, for the first time
• Has a good balance between creativity in terms of being able to generate new marketing ideas, as well as analytical skills and business judgement
• Is proficient with MS Office, especially in Excel
• Has a strong sense of ownership, independence, and initiative, while being able to collaborate with several other teams
• Is very communicative, open, and enjoys working in a team that is pushing towards ambitious goals
