What will you do?

  • Participate in manufacturing and continuous improvement processes
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Support the introduction of new products
  • Contribute to process optimization projects

  • Recent Engineering Graduates (all specialties related to manufacturing)
  • Open to learning and with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work in a team
  • Creativity to propose innovative solutions to different challenges
  • Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to change
