Scheduler – Drilling Services

Ubicación: Villahermosa
Modalidad: Presencial

Funciones y Responsabilidades


• Planificación y programación del taller: Construir y mantener el plan de trabajo con proyección de 2–4 semanas, asegurando alineación constante con Operaciones, Supervisores de R&M y el Master Scheduler.

• Gestión de demanda y materiales: Garantizar que las órdenes de trabajo y los materiales requeridos estén sincronizados dentro del time fence, evitando retrasos y asegurando flujo continuo.

• Análisis de capacidad: Evaluar la capacidad del taller (% de utilización), ajustando la programación para cumplir con la demanda y minimizar cuellos de botella.

• Coordinación y comunicación diaria: Mantener interacción constante con Supply Chain, Inventarios, T&I, Supervisores y Operaciones para asegurar una ejecución estable y sin interrupciones.

• Seguimiento al desempeño y mejora continua: Monitorear OTD, throughput y KPIs del taller, promoviendo iniciativas con 5S, FIFO, Kanban y Shop Daily Management.

Requisitos Técnicos


• Título universitario en Ingeniería (cualquier especialidad afín).

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en operaciones de taller de Drilling Services (DS).

• Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).

• Experiencia previa en scheduling y uso de herramientas de planificación (deseable).
