Functional Area: Supply Chain FLSA Classification: Non-exempt Position Summary: Receives and verifies the quality and quantity of shipments of incoming materials; monitors key performance metrics and checks quality verifying paperwork of shipments. Functional Contribution (Contribution Matrix):

- Receive and verify the quality and quantity of shipments of incoming materials.
- Build packaging, pack, check product quality, weigh, organize and verify paperwork of shipments
- Monitor key materials performance metrics such as cycle count, inventory turns, and safety
- Plan and coordinate physical movement of materials, parts, finished goods, and information to ensure optimization of cost and service level.
- Issues and delivers correct materials to production floor, keeps track of inventory, and ships and receives material to ensure proper flow.
- Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility.
- Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or other handling equipment to move material to and from locations and transportation vehicles within the facility.
- Delivers continuous improvement through participation in lean kaizen events Business Partner:
- NA Center of Expertise (COE)
- Demonstrates capabilities in material management, materials requirement planning (MRP), pull systems, flow, and the implementation of LEAN concepts
- High attention to detail, follow up and attention to customer service.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Education, Experience and Certification Requirements:
- High-school graduate/GED
- 0-3 years' related experience
- Trade Jobs- Preferred Two-year degree or Technical Certificate or related experience (1-3 years)
