Job Summary:

As a senior graphic design specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to design digital and print materials that support our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • (25%) Develop creative concepts and execute design solutions for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, and print collateral.
  • (25%) Design engaging visuals for trade shows, email and social campaigns, ads, brochures, presentations, and more.
  • (25%) Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain high standards of quality. Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, making necessary adjustments to meet requirements.
  • (25%) Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of your work.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Atlassian Jira.
  • Degree in graphic design, fine arts or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B tech or a similar technology-driven sector is a plus.
  • Experience with video production a plus.
  • Knowledge of web design principles, HTML, and CSS a plus.
