SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day activities that support Supply Chain Planning Reports and Dashboards for North America manufacturing and distribution functions
- Provide analytical feedback for reporting responsibilities
- Review daily/weekly data
- Develop and publish accurate metrics reports as required
- Create excel based schedules
- Interact with all departments as required to ensure reporting timetables are adhered to
- Communicate report/data concerns inside and outside of department
- Provide support and backup to other members of SCP Team
- Nights and Weekend work as required
Qualifications:
- Ability to make sound independent decisions within established guidelines
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with offsite facility personnel
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal and external customers
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience with emphasis on production planning, production/inventory control or purchasing. Knowledge of JBA a plus.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively with multiple functional groups, territories and different levels of an organization
- Must have ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid independent conclusions
- Must have understanding of the following: Must respond to all e-mails, voice mails promptly
- Ability to prepare clear and concise records, reports, files and statistical information correspondence and other written materials using MS Office, Excel and APICS methodology
