Team Overview:

El Líder de Equipo de KYC encabezará un grupo de analistas responsable de proteger a la organización del riesgo financiero y reputacional, asegurando la correcta verificación de los clientes. Este rol requiere un fuerte liderazgo, habilidades analíticas avanzadas y un compromiso con la excelencia operativa y el rendimiento del equipo.

Role Responsibilities:

  • HORARIO: 23:00 A 06:00
  • MODALIDAD: 100% Presencial
  • Supervisar y auditar la revisión de nuevas cuentas de clientes para asegurar la precisión y el cumplimiento.
  • Gestionar las métricas e indicadores de rendimiento diarios del equipo para cumplir los objetivos operativos.
  • Manejar casos escalados y complejos que requieran un análisis más profundo o aprobación.
  • Brindar orientación, coaching y mentoría a los miembros del equipo para mejorar su rendimiento y crecimiento profesional.
  • Desarrollar e impartir capacitaciones a nuevos analistas sobre los procesos y procedimientos de KYC.
  • Asegurar que todas las actividades del equipo se alineen con los estándares regulatorios y las políticas internas.
  • Servir como punto de contacto para consultas internas relacionadas con los procesos de KYC.

Role Qualifications:

  • 2-3 años de experiencia en un rol de KYC, con al menos 1 año en una posición de liderazgo o supervisión.
  • Licenciatura o superior.
  • Habilidad demostrada para liderar y motivar a un equipo hacia un objetivo común.
  • Capacidad comprobada para resolver problemas complejos y tomar decisiones acertadas bajo presión.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de influir tanto en miembros del equipo como en otros departamentos.
  • Experiencia generando insights a partir de datos para mejorar los procesos operativos.
  • Plus: Experiencia en procesos de auditoría interna o aseguramiento de calidad.
  • Flexibilidad de horario.
