Este puesto es en la división Mining de Hexagon, líder tecnológico global y proveedor de soluciones para desafíos mineros superficiales y subterráneos, con tecnologías comprobadas para planificación, operaciones y seguridad.

La Oportunidad:

Actualmente estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Soporte de primer nivel para unirse a nuestro motivado equipo de soporte. Como parte de este rol, proporcionarás soporte técnico de alta calidad a equipos internos y clientes externos. Serás una parte esencial del crecimiento y éxito de la empresa, apoyándonos con soluciones precisas a problemas y un excelente servicio al cliente.

POSICION PARA ZACATECAS, ZAC, MX

Responsabilidades del Puesto:

  • Proporcionar soporte al cliente de manera rápida y precisa por teléfono, correo electrónico o chat.
  • Resolver problemas técnicos de diversos grados (software, hardware, problemas de red).
  • Realizar visitas en sitio según sea necesario para mantenimiento y resolución de problemas de equipos.
  • Mantener un registro organizado de todas las interacciones con clientes y problemas técnicos.
  • Trabajar como parte de un equipo de soporte para asegurar soluciones efectivas y aumentar la satisfacción del cliente.

Calificaciones Requeridos:

  • Título en Ingeniería o equivalente es requerido.
  • Experiencia en soporte al cliente y resolución de problemas.
  • Fuertes habilidades de diagnóstico y resolución de problemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
  • Experiencia en bases de datos relacionales SQL y PostgreSQL
  • Experiencia comprobable en el uso de sistemas Operativos Windows y Linux (Ubuntu preferentemente)
  • Conocimiento y experiencia previa en desarrollo de software
  • Experiencia en sector minero ( preferiblemente subterraneo)
  • Conocimiento de la industria minera, sus equipos y sistemas de software.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en horarios/días de trabajo flexibles y rotación turnos de día y noche según los requerimientos de la empresa.

Deseables:

  • Conocimiento previo o experiencia con productos de Hexagon.
  • Conocimiento de los lenguajes de programacion Ruby, Objective C, Bash y Typescript.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos globales y multilingües.
  • Altamente motivado y dirigido, con capacidad para priorizar y ejecutar tareas de manera efectiva.
  • Dominio de idioma Ingles
