Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Controller
with 4-7 years of relevant experience to join our team in Mexico. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented financial professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of managing complex accounting operations across multiple entities and currencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee monthly closing procedures for financial books
• Consolidate parent and subsidiary financials across multiple currencies
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
• Manage and mentor a team of bookkeepers
• Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards
• Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial planning

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in
  QuickBooks Online
  and
  QuickBooks Enterprise
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and multi-currency accounting

Qualifications:

• CPA or equivalent certification in Mexico (e.g., Contador Público Certificado)
• Deep knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Proven experience in managing financial operations and teams

Salary:

Range from $45,000 to 55,000 mxn monthly
