We are currently searching for a IT Recruitment Lead:

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles
  • Identify and source technical talent across specialized platforms
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical evaluations with development teams
  • Recruit for technical profiles including Java, .NET, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security
  • Use platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, GetOnBoard, Computrabajo, and OCC
  • Collaborate with tech areas to understand role requirements and technical terminology
  • Apply basic agile concepts within recruitment workflows

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and technology stacks
  • Experience using specialized recruiting platforms
  • Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and technical evaluation coordination
  • Ability to interpret technical profiles and terminology
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and technology environments

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
