General Human Resources includes work across multiple areas of HR including:

  • General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance
  • Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance
  • Employee and labour relations and communications
  • Rewards program coordination and/or administration
  • Relocation services (domestic and international)
  • Immigration services
  • HR related training In some organizations. At more senior levels , HR Business Partners perform a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including:
  • HR consulting and coaching (e.g., working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.)
  • Enabling business change (e.g., supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions, etc.)
  • HR program advocacy (e.g., communicating the business value of HR initiatives, managing HR program roll out to minimize business disruption, etc.)
  • Partnering with the business and talent management/staffing and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc.)

Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include:
• Works independently with general supervision.
• Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
• May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in administration or similar degree, completed.
  • 3 years of experience in the areas of Human Resources.
  • English spoken and written.
  • Experience in IMSS.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations.
  • Experience in Administration - Incident Management - Medical Expenses - Tracking of disciplinary actions.
  • Handling of HR systems (TRESS-WORKDAY)
  • Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office).
