Qualifications..

  • Holds a Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline preferably Mechatronic, Electric-Electronic.
  • MUST have at least 3+ years' experience in Manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to manage project and chair project review meetings.
  • Use of maintenance plan tools & health and safety management techniques.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English (face to face conversation with US people)

Some of Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance analysis by area and by equipment.
  • Survey equipment and repair upon urgency or priorities.
  • Determine methods measuring efficiency and productivity for equipment.
  • Determine current and required capacity.
  • Help to work with the department of continuous improvement in the identification of projects to reduce costs.
  • It will act as needed NPI and Operations of the new equipment arrival and ramp up plans.
  • Act as leader of the movements of existing and new equipment in collaboration with the areas of Engineering, maintenance colleges, Safety and production.
  • Identify possible non-productive equipment reducing down times and/or scrap.
  • Work with warehouse to review spare parts listed on min max planning and ordering.
  • Act as partner for layout, with process and equipment Engineering, update it based on the necessary equipment and facilities requirements.
  • Definition and calculation of shifts required, planning ahead preventive maintenance.
  • Repair equipment used at bun not limited at WAFER FAB, facilities.
  • Fill out respective equipment Logs.
  • Spare parts propose and submit purchasing requisition.

Skills:

  • Knowledge and expertise searching electronic or mechanic spare parts.
  • Evaluate and diagnose Electronic and mechanic equipment.
  • Applies advanced tools in problem solving and project management to solve technical issues.
  • Ability to calculate efficiencies in machines or equipment.
  • Work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Desirable Lean/Six Sigma, KAIZEN technics knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25, $30,000.00 per month
