REPORTA: Gerente Regional de Ventas
DEPARTAMENTO: Ventas

ALCANCE DEL PUESTO:Brindar asesoría profesional a los clientes actuales potenciales de la organización manteniendo las relaciones entre el cliente y la empresa a largo plazo, incrementando la aceptación y comercialización de nuestras marcas. Cumplir los objetivos de ventas fijados con planes estratégicos diseñados a cada cuenta siguiendo un proceso. Prospectar nuevos clientes e identificar las necesidades de los distribuidores actuales conociendo el entorno de cada uno, así como ofrecer un seguimiento en servicio post venta que garantice la fidelización de los clientes, mejorando la participación de mercado y las utilidades de la empresa.

RESPONSABILIDADES:
• Mantener una relación comercial activa con toda la cartera establecida. Asesoría, información, constante contacto con el cliente - Networking

• Tener una visión global del proceso de ventas centrado en el comprador identificando la motivación, estrategia, análisis de compra de nuestros clientes hacia la organización.

• Vender todos los productos que la empresa determine, en el orden de prioridades por ella establecidos. De acuerdo con las estrategias comerciales.

• Identificar, establecer y desarrollar actividades promocionales dentro de la cadena distributiva que permitan "lealtad al consumo de nuestras marcas" estrategias comerciales

• Definir las necesidades de material promocional y soporte técnico para su zona.

• Responsabilizarse de capacitar técnica y comercialmente a la fuerza de ventas de su red de distribuidores. Capacitación del cliente.

• Explorar permanentemente la zona asignada para detectar clientes potenciales. Prospectación de nuevos clientes

• Identificar y Evaluar necesidades de consumo y cobertura de las líneas en clientes activos. Crecimiento orgánico - clientes existentes.

• Realizar un seguimiento de consumos por cada cliente de su zona. Seguimiento Forcast vs Ventas

• Mantener a los clientes informados sobre novedades, promociones, ítems nuevos, líneas nuevas y cualquier otro tipo de cambio significativo dentro de las líneas de su competencia

• Complementar los formularios y procedimientos necesarios para la administración óptima de la venta

• Integrar y destacar el valor agregado de nuestras marcas y negocio diferenciándonos en mercados altamente competitivos.

PERFIL DEL PUESTO
EDUCACION: Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, en Ventas y Comercialización, Relaciones Industriales y/o Ingeniería Automotriz
IDIOMA: Inglés Intermedio; capaz de comprender conversaciones.
EXPERIENCIA: 3 Años de experiencia mínima requerida en área comercial, preferentemente en el giro automotriz - aftermarket.
