El/la HR Communication Analyst será responsable de diseñar, coordinar y ejecutar estrategias de comunicación interna y externa en el área de Recursos Humanos, asegurando mensajes claros, consistentes y alineados con la cultura organizacional.

Job Description:

Este rol garantizará que las iniciativas de HR se comuniquen de manera efectiva, inspiradora y ordenada, fortaleciendo la confianza de los empleados y la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.

Responsabilidades:

  • Redacción y diseño de comunicaciones: elaborar correos, boletines, presentaciones y materiales visuales para empleados y líderes.
  • Gestión de canales internos: mantener actualizados intranets, newsletters y tableros de comunicación.
  • Soporte en procesos de HR: traducir políticas, iniciativas y proyectos en mensajes claros y accesibles.
  • Monitoreo y feedback: evaluar impacto de las comunicaciones y proponer mejoras.
  • Coordinación internacional: adaptar mensajes considerando diferencias culturales y de huso horario (ej. LATAM, US, Argentina, Colombia).
  • Apoyo en employer branding: colaborar en campañas para fortalecer la marca empleadora en redes sociales y plataformas profesionales.

Experiencia y Conocimientos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en comunicación corporativa o HR.
  • Capacidad de coordinación en entornos multiculturales y con diferentes zonas horarias.
  • Habilidades de redacción clara, cálida y persuasiva.

Conocimientos de Software y Herramientas de trabajo

  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales (Workday, MantisBT, intranet, MS Office, Canva)

Competencias y Certificaciones requeridas (3 a 5)

  • Claridad y empatía en la comunicación.
  • Creatividad visual y narrativa para hacer mensajes atractivos.
  • Organización y trazabilidad en procesos de HR.
  • Adaptabilidad cultural y sensibilidad internacional. Proactividad y colaboración con equipos globales
